It is crizaaaay.
This is how my gf characterizes dating. The comment came about during a discussion about letting someone pick you up for a date if you want to be old-fashioned and treated like a lady. Heck, while this is not the best idea in this day and time there is absolutely nothing like getting dressed and looking what you think is your best and being picked up by a respectable, non-stalkerish guy. Lolololol
Yea, I'm laffin to keep from having a scowl on my face because it is a dayuuuum shame that there are sooooooo many stalkerish-type guys in the world.
My gf says to keep peeps from knowing where she lives she may have someone pick her up from her mother's home. When she said it, I thought that it was a good idea but after further pondering I'm not sooooooo sho. Do you really want a stalkerish-type guy knowing where your mother lives?
But then the conversation turns to going to someone else's home. We both agree that this scenario may be even more dangerous because he would be on his own territory and may do whatever he would like. Anthony Sowell pops in bofe of our minds. The Cleveland man would have company at his home, usually drug addicted women. And ummmm 11, yes, 11 women were found dead in his home or buried in his back yard. Yea, they were on drugs but I'm sure they didn't think their next hit would cost them their lives.
And fellas, you know about stalkerish-type girls, too. You have taken a guuuurl back to your place and once you stop calling her, she drops by unannouced when you are hanging out with the guuuuurlie girl that you really like. Lolololol
And yea the rule is to meet a stranger in a public place, but once you get to know a person and attraction and being human comes into play, shiggidy happens. But should it?
When should a person be allowed to know where you live? Or when should you invite someone to your place? Are you concerned about stalkerish guys or gals? Tell me.
My neighbors have guns. I am not so afraid of stalkerish guys. One of the SAHM's will notice it long before I do. She will tell her husband. They will do some intelligence gathering and the problem will be handled before I get the first threatening phone call.
ReplyDeleteOther than that, I am all for the public place meet up. I have met several men on planes (yes, planes) who have wanted to meet me at my hotel room... to continue our conversation. Tell that isn't freaky
Frizzy Hooker,
ReplyDeleteSo you aren't afraid at all? Goooone guuuurl!
