You Are Single If....

Being single is not an ailment, sickness or disease. It is actually freedom. Freedom to do what you want when you want and how you want. You do not have to consider anyone else's feelings when you make decisions. You are freeee.

When people talk about being single, they sometimes see it as a handicap or that they are less than. I've talked with many singles over the past few weeks. Some have asked, Do I look single? Ummmm, no! There is no look for being single.

The other thing that I am realizing is that a lot of women do not want to say that they are single if they have some raggedy dude that they see every blue moon. Ladies, if you are holding on to some trash just for the sake of having someone to spend a lil time with, drop him ASAP. Even if he is not trash get rid of him if he is not giving you what you know you deserve. Make room in your life for the person that you truly deserve!!! Same for fellas!

But here is a list that I came up with just for a lil fun. But it is the truth, so if the shoe fits....ummmm, wear it! :)

If you only see him/her once a week, you are single and you are a bootie call! Lololo

If you have never met his/her family, you are single.

If you call him/her after a certain hour and he/she is continually unavailable, you are single.

If you have not left anything at his/her dwelling (and when you return, it is not in the same spot), you are single.

If you never hear his/her phone ring when you two are together, you are single.

If you have been going through his/her phone, you are single.

If you only are entertained at the house, you are single.

If you do not know where he lives, you are single.

If you have asked what are we doing, you are single.

If you have asked where is this going, you are single.

If you have asked why don’t you take me out, you are single.

If you are wondering if you will get a Christmas gift, you are single.

If you did not see him/her on Thanksgiving, you are single.

If you cannot post pics of him/her on social media, you are single.

If you introduced to his/her friends as “my friend,” you are single.

If you are wondering if you are single, you are single.

And if you are single, you should be at the Group Coaching Session (ladies only) at 1:30 p.m. at the Henn Mansion on Saturday and at the Mix & Mingle (ladies and gents) at VADA from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
